During the implemintation of the Investment Strategy "Odesa 5T" more than 190 million EUR for the development of city projects were attracted and 40 projects have been implemented.

As part of the implementation of the Strategy of economic and social development for supporting investment activities in the city of Odesa for 2016-2019 and due to the implementation of the Odesa 5T investment strategy, the Odesa City Council actively cooperates with international organizations such as:


• European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD);
• European Investment Bank (EIB);
• Northern Environmental Finance Corporation (NEFCO);
• United States Agency for International Development (USAID);
• International rating agency Fitch Ratings.
